It also includes extensive list management tools and strategic categories (Key, Extra, Target, etc.)
Extend Your Traffic System
Allows for easy viewing and analyzing of client billing (history, projected, pacing and daily accounts receivables) in a consolidated or detailed manner without searching through numerous paper reports or cumbersome online traffic reports. Efficio enhances the access and reporting limitations of your traffic system by centralizing the data in one easy to use location. Contact Management/CRM
Stores complete advertiser and agency contact information with notes, deep CRM data and media buying habits and preferences. Customer auto email and fax utility is included, as well as daily reminders for appointments and birthdays. System allows for importing contacts through Outlook, Google and Excel.
Budget Management (Managers)
Sets budgets for station and local/national AE’s by month. Can assign and manage secondary budgets by New Business and NTR (or any other category), as well. Efficio allows for quick viewing of AE’s billing performance for any period against budgets in near real time.
Budget Management (Account Executives)
AE’s can set budgets/goals for advertisers on their list by station, month and for the year. These base-line budgets are integrated with Manager budget screens to help with more effective budget planning.
Projections/Forecasting
Now your reps can go to one location to update what they “plan to sell”. They can enter projections by station/s either one month or three months at a time. As new orders come in to the traffic system, the projections are automatically offset.
Sales Activity Tracking/Sales Funnel/Stages
(events/packages, % confidence, integrated into pendings)
Allows for easy viewing of AE pending presentations in detail or summary along with the activities and notes completed during the process. You can view your station opportunities through the sales funnel by stage, percent confidence and pending dollars. This also includes calendar interfaces with auto e-reminders daily.
Account Executive Report Cards
Allows for easy viewing of Account Executive performance, and gives the ability to compare to the team by number of weekly calls, wins, losses, closing ratio, average package amounts, number of days in the sales funnel and much more. Use this to help assess your sellers’ strengths and weaknesses and to enhance their performance. This is the perfect self-management tool for sellers as well. All privacy and permissions rules are in place to limit access to proprietary data. Avail Notifier/Tracker generates an instant cluster-wide avail (email notification) with detail so that all Sales Managers and AE’s working on that account can submit even if they are not availed. Electronic combo request brings sister station/s together to help the cluster. Upon buy completion, users can store their detailed buy results, wins or losses with their respective advertisers.
Electronic Carding/Claiming System
Account Executives can quickly search for accounts and claim accounts though the Efficio Carding system. Carded accounts can be routed to each of the peer Account Executives for sign off and then to the Manager for final approval. We can route directly to the GSM as well.
Customer E-Marketing
